Explanation of Responses:

1. These restricted shares of common were issued to the Reporting Person in accordance with the Save Foods, Inc. 2022 Share Incentive Plan.

2. Effective October 5, 2023, the Issuer effected a one-for-seven reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Spit"). The amount of restricted shares of common stock reflected on this Form 4 has been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Split.
