Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 5, 2025, Dr. Stefan Piëch, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Kartoon Studios, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective as such date, from his position as a member of the Board. The resignation was due to personal reasons, and not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
