ITEM 2.02 | RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION. |
On June 21, 2024, Kartoon Studios, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of “Winnie-the-Pooh” on Amazon Prime Video via Kartoon Channel!’s subscription service on the platform alongside a release of branded “Winnie-the-Pooh” merchandise. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
