On August 18, 2021, Kearny Financial Corp.’s Board of Directors announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to stockholders of record as of September 1, 2021, payable on September 15, 2021.

A copy of the press release dated August 18, 2021, announcing the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
