On February 21, 2023, Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. ("Kennedy Wilson"), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022 and posted supplemental financial information on Kennedy Wilson's website (http://www.kennedywilson.com).
