Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 22, 2021, Kforce Inc. (the “Firm”) entered into a limited, Part-Time Employment Agreement with Mr. Dunkel, effective December 30, 2021, the expected material terms of which were previously disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on December 6, 2021.

The description of the material terms of the Part-Time Employment Agreement contained in the Current Report noted above is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Part-Time Employment Agreement, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated in this Item 5.02 by reference.
