Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 5, 2025, Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals International, plc (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing, among other things, (i) that its KPL-387 Phase 2/3 clinical trial in recurrent pericarditis was on track to initiate in mid-2025, with Phase 2 data expected in the second half of 2026 and (ii) the design for such Phase 2/3 clinical trial. In connection with such announcement, the Company posted an investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) containing information related to the above, among other things, to its website at investors.kiniksa.com.
