On December 19, 2024, Kirkland’s, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its decision to extend the voting deadline for its upcoming special meeting of shareholders originally scheduled for December 23, 2024. A copy of the joint press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
