On October 24, 2024, Knowles Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 and posted on its website at http://investor.knowles.com presentation slides which summarize certain of its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Knowles Corporation's quarterly financial conference call and webcast will be held on October 24, 2024.
