Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 14, 2023, Yasir Al-Wakeel, BM BCh, the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer of Kronos Bio, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective at the close of business on September 15, 2023, to pursue other opportunities. The Company has initiated a search to fill his position.
