On May 13, 2025, Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update and reporting financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”).
