On September 13, 2024, Lih Shyng (Rick L.) Tsai, Ph.D. and Leslie F. Varon, members of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Lam Research Corporation (the “Company”), each notified the Company that they will conclude their service as members of the Board on November 4, 2024, prior to the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders. As a result, Dr. Tsai and Ms. Varon will not be standing for reelection at the annual meeting on November 5, 2024. The Board and the Company’s management express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Tsai and Ms. Varon for their dedicated service and many significant contributions to the Company.
