Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 7, 2025, Lantronix, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Eric Bass will step down from his position as Vice President of Engineering and Research & Development effective February 7, 2025. Mr. Bass will continue his employment with the Company as a non-officer.
