1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions on January 3, 2025 at prices ranging from $11.55 to $11.84, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote (1) to this Form 4.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions on January 6, 2025 at prices ranging from $11.55 to $11.71, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote (2) to this Form 4.

3. All of the shares of Class A common stock sold as reported on this Form 4 were sold by Boston Omaha Corporation. As of the date of this report, Boston Omaha Corporation now owns 10,861,575 shares of the Class A common stock of the Issuer and United Casualty &amp; Surety Insurance Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation, owns an additional 1,511,831 shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock.
