As the CEO of HCP and managing member of Hale Fund Partners, LLC ("HFP"), Martin M. Hale, Jr. may be deemed to beneficially own the shares. As the general partner of Hale Capital Management, LP ("HCM"), the investment manager of HCP, Hale Fund Management, LLC ("HFM") may be deemed to beneficially own the Shares. As the general partner of HCP, Hale Fund Partners, LLC may be deemed to beneficially own the Shares.
