Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Jeffrey A Leake, the Chief Operating Officer of Latham Group, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position with the Company effective September 8, 2021 in order to pursue other opportunities.
