On December 4, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) authorized up to a $100 million share purchase (the “2025 Repurchase Program”). This authorization allows the Company to repurchase shares of its common stock until December 31, 2025.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the 2025 Repurchase Program is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
