On February 9, 2023, Lazard Growth Acquisition Corp. I (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it will redeem all of its
outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of February 22, 2023, because the Company will not consummate an initial business combination within the time period required by its Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association. A copy
of the press release of the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
