Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
LCI Industries confirmed that the upcoming regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.15 per share of common stock that it announced on November 14, 2024 represents a $0.10, or 9.5%, increase over the quarterly cash dividend of $1.05 per share that has been in place since June 2022.
As previously announced, the upcoming dividend of $1.15 per share of common stock is payable on December 13, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 29, 2024.
