1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") of the Issuer. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer. The RSUs were granted under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2018 Stock Incentive Plan and vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the Reporting Person's continued relationship with the Issuer through such date.
