Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 24, 2023, Jorge Espinel, a named executive officer of Lemonade, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position as Chief Business Development Officer effective as of March 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). In connection with Mr. Espinel’s resignation and in exchange for an agreement to a general release of all claims, the Company has extended the exercise period following the Effective Date for his previously vested stock options from 90 days to three years.
