On April 10, 2024, the Company held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, during which seven proposals were voted upon by the Company’s stockholders. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 29, 2024 (the “2024 Proxy Statement”).
