On September 12, 2022, Stefan Krause, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Levere Holdings Corp. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to resign from the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Krause’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations or its accounting or financial policies or procedures.
