On March 30, 2026, Lexeo Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing business highlights and its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
