Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 10, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. ET, Ronald A. Duncan, President and Chief Executive Officer of GCI Liberty, Inc. (“GCI Liberty”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”), participated in a fireside chat hosted by TD Securities (USA) LLC in connection with the planned spin-off of GCI Liberty from the Company. During the event, observations were made regarding the financial performance and outlook of GCI Liberty and the Company, as well as other forward looking matters.
