Item 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
As of September 30, 2024, Sunrise HoldCo IV B.V. (Sunrise HoldCo IV), UPC Slovakia Holding I B.V. (UPC Slovakia Holding) and Liberty Global Finance II (UK) Limited (LG Finance II) are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Liberty Global Ltd. (Liberty Global). Sunrise HoldCo IV and its subsidiaries, UPC Slovakia Holding and its subsidiaries and LG Finance II (collectively, the Sunrise Holding Group) are presented on a combined basis in the financial report of the Sunrise Holding Group. On November 15, 2024 , the financial report of the Sunrise Holding Group for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 was made available under the investor relations section of the Liberty Global website (www.libertyglobal.com). This Current Report on Form 8-K is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise subject to liabilities of that Section.
