Director Resignation

Effective October 25, 2024, Naveen Bhatia voluntarily resigned from his position as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of LifeMD, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Bhatia did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Bhatia for his service on the Board and many other contributions to the Company.
