On May 15, 2025, Lifeward Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March
31, 2025. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. As set forth in the press release, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025, on May 15, 2025
