Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC) announced today that Lincoln National Corporation will hold its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time, in a virtual meeting format via live audio webcast.

As described in the company's proxy materials for the Annual Meeting, only shareholders as of the close of business on March 18, 2024, the meeting record date, are entitled to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting.

If you are a shareholder as of the record date for the Annual Meeting and you wish to attend the Annual Meeting, please log on to our annual meeting website at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/LNC2024. The virtual meeting platform is supported across various browsers and devices. Participants should ensure that they have a strong internet connection wherever they intend to participate in the Annual Meeting. We encourage you to access the Annual Meeting prior to the start time to allow ample time for online check-in. The website will be open for check-in beginning at 8:45 a.m., Eastern Time on the date of the Annual Meeting.

To attend and participate in the Annual Meeting online, you will need your "control number." The control number is a 16-digit number that you can find in the Notice of Internet Availability (if you received proxy materials via electronic delivery), proxy card (if you are a shareholder of record who received proxy materials by mail), or voting instruction form (if you are a beneficial owner who received proxy materials by mail). Beneficial owners who do not have a control number should follow the instructions provided on the voting instruction card or otherwise provided by your bank, broker, or other nominee.

Shareholders are encouraged to ask questions. Shareholders who wish to submit a question to be addressed during the Annual Meeting may do so by submitting the question in advance at www.proxyvote.com, by entering your control number and clicking on "Submit Questions." Questions may be submitted through May 22, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time. Questions pertinent to meeting matters will be addressed during the meeting, subject to time limitations.
