On April 19, 2023 Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the first quarter of 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

On April 19, 2023, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.50 per share cash dividend, to be paid on May 26, 2023 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2023.
