On April 21, 2021 Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the first quarter of 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

On April 21, 2021, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.35 per share cash dividend, to be paid on May 21, 2021 to shareholders of record as of May 7, 2021.
