On February 20, 2025, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
As previously disclosed in our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2024, in calculating our income taxes for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, we identified errors in our previously issued financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 related to the measurement of income tax expense for certain foreign subsidiaries statutory earnings. The effects of the error corrections on our unaudited consolidated statements of operations during the interim periods for the years ended December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023 is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
