Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 18, 2025, LiveOne, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial highlights and results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 5, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that it plans to hold a conference call and audio webcast to provide a business update and discuss its operating and financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025 on June 18, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
