LIZHI Announces $3M Share Repurchase Program

LIZHI INC. ("LIZHI" or the "Company" or "We") (NASDAQ:LIZI), an audio-based social and entertainment platform, today announced that its board of directors (the "Board") has approved a share repurchase program whereby LIZHI is authorized to repurchase its Class A ordinary shares (including Class A ordinary shares in the form of American depositary shares) with an aggregate value of up to $3 million over the next 12-month period, starting from today.
