Item 1.01 Entry into a Definitive Material Agreement.

On April 5, 2022, LMP Finance, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LMP Finance”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) closed on the sale of the Company’s Gulfstream G200 aircraft (the “Aircraft”) contemplated by that certain aircraft sales agreement (as amended, the “Agreement”) with RRGS Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RRGS”) for approximately six million seven hundred thousand dollars ($6,700,000). LMP Finance’s entry into the Agreement was previously reported on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 16, 2022. The Agreement was filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 16, 2022 and is incorporated herein by reference.
