ClearBridge Investments, LLC ("ClearBridge") manages the Fund's equity investments and oversees the Fund's allocation between equity and fixed income securities. Western Asset Management Company, LLC ("Western Asset") manages the fixed income portion of the Fund.

Effective December 31, 2024, the named portfolio management team responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Fund is as follows:

  • Christopher Kilpatrick (Has been a member of the Fund's portfolio management team since 2023)
  • Mark Lindbloom (Has been a member of the Fund's portfolio management team since 2010)
