Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective as of March 3, 2025, as part of an updated organizational structure of Logitech International S.A. (the “Company”), Prakash Arunkundrum, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, transitioned as Chief Operating Officer and became the President of Logitech for Business. Mr. Arunkundrum will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Group Management Team.
The board of directors of the Company does not intend to fill the role of Chief Operating Officer at this time.
