On March 24, 2025, Lucid Diagnostics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 and providing a business update. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
