On September 16, 2025, Lument Finance Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.04 per share of common stock with respect to the third quarter of 2025, as further described in the dividend press release. The Company also announced a cash dividend of $0.4921875 per share of 7.875% Cumulative Redeemable Series A Preferred Stock, as further described in the dividend press release. A copy of the dividend press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
