On February 13, 2025, LXP Industrial Trust, or the Trust, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 13, 2025, the Trust made available supplemental information, which we refer to as the “Quarterly Supplemental Information, Fourth Quarter 2024,” a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
On February 13, 2025, the Trust’s management discussed the Trust’s financial results and certain aspects of the Trust’s business plan on a conference call with analysts and investors. Instructions to access a replay of the conference call are set forth in Exhibit 99.1.
