On June 6, 2024, MAIA Biotechnology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing year-to-date achievements and highlights recent clinical progress for novel anticancer agent. Pursuant to Regulation FD, the press release is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1
