(the “Company”) on a Current Report on Form 8-K dated April 15, 2024, the Company will release a webinar on Friday, April 19, 2024 to share additional details regarding its recent acquisition of Arizona-based Lee Lee Oriental Supermart, Inc. A copy of the presentation materials for the webinar are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
