(NASDAQ:MAMA), a leading national marketer and manufacturer of fresh deli prepared foods, today announced that it will reschedule the release of its fiscal third quarter financial results for the period ended October 31, 2024 to after market close on Monday, December 16, 2024.
As previously announced, the Company changed its auditor on October 21, 2024. The Company is in the process of completing the finalization of the financial statements for the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Therefore, the Company will host a rescheduled investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on Monday, December 16, 2024 to discuss the Company's third quarter fiscal 2025 financial results, provide a corporate update, and conclude with Q&A from telephone participants.
