On October 9, 2023, Matthew Brown, President and Chief Operating Officer of Mama’s Creations, Inc. (the “Company”) and member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), informed the Board of his intent to retire as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 31, 2023. On such date, Mr. Brown will also step down as a member of the Board and all committees or subcommittees thereof. Mr. Brown’s decision to retire is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.

A copy of the press release issued by the Company on October 9, 2023 relating to Mr. Brown’s retirement and related matters is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
