Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements for Certain Officers.

On August 31, 2023, Ryan Polley resigned as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Polley’s last day of employment with the Company shall be September 30, 2023.
