Marex Group plc Announces Pricing of U.S.$600 Million Senior Notes Offering
NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marex Group plc (NASDAQ:MRX) ("Marex"), the diversified global financial services platform, announced the pricing on October 30, 2024 of a public offering (the "Offering") of U.S.$600 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.404% Senior Notes due 2029 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be issued at a price to the public equal to 100.000% of the principal amount thereof and will be senior unsecured obligations of Marex.
The Offering is expected to close on or about November 4, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Marex intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital, to fund incremental growth and for other general corporate purposes.
