Company Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE:MA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 57 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on May 9, 2023 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of April 7, 2023.

Additionally, the company announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place on June 27, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. When filed, the definitive proxy statement will confirm the format and location of the meeting. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 28, 2023 will be entitled to vote.
