On July 30, 2025, Matthews International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable August 25, 2025 to stockholders of record August 11, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
