Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On March 21, 2025, Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. (the “Company”) and Canaan Inc., a NASDAQ-listed publicly traded company, executed a Master Colocation Agreement (the “Agreement”). The Agreement has an initial term of three years, and the parties can extend upon mutual agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement, Mawson will provide approximately 64 MW of colocation capacity at the Company’s facilities. The Agreement includes provisions for digital colocation services.
