Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As disclosed in MaxLinear, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Q2 2024 earnings call, the Company has commenced its operating cost reduction activities, including global employee reductions in force; as part of this reduction in force, on August 21, 2024, the Company determined to eliminate the position of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. As part of that, the current General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer has agreed to and will remain employed by the Company for a period to assist with the transition of her duties and responsibilities.
